Returns
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
- Watches that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Custom or personalized orders and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
International Returns and Shipping
- If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or (919) 675-2747.
- We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prompt replacement or full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- International Shipments: Shipping outside the United States is available but limited. Additional fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Returns for International Buyers: International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
For international buyers visiting the United States, we offer an option for in-person pick-up, reducing the need for international shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] to coordinate.
Return Process
- Request an RMA Number: Contact us within the 14-day return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s), including all original materials, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the Item: Use a trackable and fully insured shipping method to return the item to the address provided by our team.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees may apply for some items, as disclosed at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes regarding returns or refunds are subject to the dispute resolution terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
Additional Notes
- Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or modification will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Final Sale or custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
